@HawaiianAir A complaint will not fix this mess. We lose 1/2 day on Maui, have had to scramble to adjust our rides to the airport, will not be reimbursed for the loss time on car or condo, etc, & my Aunt’s birthday has been ruined. Please tell me how you would even attempt to fix that?

Dear @HawaiianAir thank you for ruining my Aunt’s 73rd birthday. She, my daughter, and I were supposed to fly out of SeaTac this morning at 1010am. We live in Enumclaw, Covington, and Renton and had coordinated to all meet in Renton and get a ride to SeaTac 1/??

We will be canceling the dinner plans for tonight. So thank you for such little notice @HawaiianAir & for the customer service rep who seemed to feel the best resolution would be for us to fly out tomorrow. We will remember to avoid you when we book our trip back again in March.

Let’s also add in that the staff and the condos leave at 6pm so we will now have to try to work it out with them that we are now arriving probably around 10pm in Kahana. I am sure this was EXACTLY how my aunt wanted to spend her 73rd birthday- and yes 5/?
