The Willow Cooking Club made baked sweet potato fries and baked chicken strips. Scholars chose what spices they used on everything and had a variety of breading to try. "...lots of families are enjoying a delicious dinner made with love and enthusiasm by their child."

Willow has new daily start and end times starting on Monday.
7:30: Doors open and breakfast begins
7:55: Breakfast ends
8:00: School begins with announcements in the gym
3:15: School ends on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
2:00: School ends on Wednesday

Thanks for making our food drive a big success.
Willow scholars worked hard to bring in donated non-perishable food items to give to Blue Mountain Action Council Food Bank. Over 1,000 items were donated!

Proud sixth and seventh-grade scholars are making no-knead artisan bread. Most are making yeast-based bread for the first time ever!

Willow scholars met their goal of 1,000 donated items for the food drive and have earned a "dress down" day tomorrow!

Heidi McFarley, Food Program Director, has rolled out the Willow Flavor Station. It's like a condiment bar, but with spice mixes, hot sauce, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and more. Spice mixes are Scholar made and are available at every meal. Many have been curious (and brave)!

Willow has so far collected 412 items for our food drive. Our school-wide goal is 1,000 items, so we are looking for more help! If you would like to donate items to the drive (through 12/19), please stop by the office or contact @WillowSchoolWA to arrange a pickup of donations.
