@uk_evri_ev The issue being I had 2 parcels due to be delivered, driver said handed to family member but wasn't delivered to my flats or my road. But I found out where he said he delivered to and cctv pictured him taking parcels with him.

@Jacamo we’ve missed a next day delivery by 7 mins because Evri didn’t sent us the delivery email in time. I can’t get to speak to anyone at Evri, is there anyway your team can contact them regarding the parcel?
