Sat at Heathrow T5 on hold to @British_Airways by phone because having driven 90 mins to try speak to a human - there is no ticketing office at the airport. I need a human being because the online system isn’t able to resolve my booking problem. #complaint

And as if like clockwork....1 hr 46 mins and cut off AGAIN. so that is 5 hours and 18 minutes on hold and nothing at all. @British_Airways I would settle for an email address to try and communicate - when I can't do things online.

Any ideas on how to get in touch with @British_Airways Executive Club enquiries? On my third round of being on hold. 1hr and 46 mins and then they cut you off. Happened twice so far and am on 1hr 26 mins and counting....so am anticipating being cut off again in 20 mins. Ideas?
