I know he was set at 70M last summer but I was hoping we were going to be serious about that one and not just an enquiry.

@topspuds What do you think of Bahoya in substitute for them? I like the look of him a lot as a winger option, got the mix of runner/dribbler that any team would want, and he works well off the ball too, apparently he’s one of the backup options.

@bigmacadamia55 Think it’s a decent part of why Daigneault always went with him, obviously there’s a respect factor where he doesn’t give up fully on players, but Dort in comparison to everyone else on the Thunder has never been afraid to let it fly and will take those mildly contested looks

@MikeDro_ Messi in his first 4 World Cups scored 6 goals, 4 of them in 2014 where he made his deepest run to the Final, Mbappe had 4 goals in his first WC at 19 years old, and then 8 in 22 and 10 in 26, Messi only recently has begun scoring at a ridiculous rate at the World Cup since 2022

@topspuds We need to get moving, I get these are difficult deals but not when you’re willing to pay whatever is the price point like we were with Fernandes/Tonali, can’t let the top attackers go off the board without chipping in ourselves

@roethfc They’re a good bridge, club hasn’t been drenched in trophies in these times because new fans who decide teams don’t wanna look glory hunters, but they’re also at a high enough level to spend as much as the rest and potentially get to that level of success

@FortWorthEddie @WindyCOYS @HotspurCaIIum There’s more clarity there, they’ve had Arteta since 2019, and have built the team to a level where the floor is high and stable for academy players to go in and not sink if they’re called upon, in comparison to a team with underperforming senior players thrashed by injuries

@Ndombolo20 ACL injuries are less crushing than in the past, but he’s still going to need a couple months to get up to speed even after coming back, I think athletically is where he’s most impressive as of now, think he will peak later on technically

@Ndombolo20 Lot of Spurs fans are critical of Xavi but I’m very bummed out about it, think he would fit perfectly with the new midfielders and coach working with him to clean certain aspects of his game. He has the athleticism for those games against top sides, just inconsistent technique

@adamm_thfc Gray just has to show more with whatever he’s given, big fan of him but the consistency isn’t there yet(are valid reasons for why this is the case), maybe RDZ is asking too much of him but that’s the only way he wins him over. Thankfully it seems the people above RDZ reject it

@aar0n_nt Can improve his scanning and use his athleticism more so he can get to those more, but he seems very good at controlling those awkward 2nd balls, helps the point of raising the technical floor, Spurs are building back up so one step is simply being better at controlling these

@aar0n_nt Great video, like putting the spotlight on his quieter limitations, think RDZ is the right coach to work on that and hopefully it’s a good match, the last clip against Leeds where he brings it down to create a chance, I always notice he’s very good at controlling those bounces?

@Ndombolo20 I think they’ll be offered this and more for sure, just off the fact that he is a capable PL starter albeit flawed, still a top athlete and he’s shown a lot of good at this World Cup despite the backlash of everything he does lol
