A patron was getting a notice that they must start using the Libby app not the Overdrive App. However, since they were using an Amazon Fire, that's not true. The Libby app isn't yet available in the Amazon App store. The Overdrive app is still the app for eBooks!

Just as a heads up, the library will be closing at 3pm on Friday the 23rd and will be closed on Saturday the 24th and Monday the 26th, in observance of the holidays. All of us at WML hope you have a safe and happy holiday!
A patron was receiving new emails but couldn't send emails on her iPhone. It was a Verizon account, whose email is hosted by AOL. They now require users to use the AOL app not the Apple Mail app. So we downloaded that and she was good to go.
