Pete Hegseth on Trump in 2016:
“Typical Trump. All bluster, very low substance… he’s an armchair tough guy. This is a guy who said that John McCain is not a war hero yet he sought his own five military deferments.” @Acyn

Congratulations to Adam Gray for expanding his lead over the GOP incumbent. All five counties in #CA13 have now reported and Adam Gray leads by 187 votes.
I look forward to serving with Congressman Adam Gray!
Today marks a historic step forward in Canada's approach towards a principled foreign policy based on respect for international law and respect for human rights.
For the first time in a decade, Canada has voted “yes” on the United Nations resolution--"Peaceful settlement of the question of Palestine," which calls for Israel’s complete withdrawal from the Palestinian territories occupied since June 1967, including East Jerusalem.
Canada's vote aligns with the vast majority of the United Nations in holding Israel accountable for its illegal occupation of Palestinian land. This is a key element in any formulation of an independent Palestinian state. We and many community advocates will continue to urge Canada to officially recognize Palestinian statehood.
Another Freedom Convoy leader convicted of mischief. Charland made videos saying there was a siege of downtown Ottawa and they wouldn't leave until all public health restrictions were dropped.

Meanwhile, Tony Coleman and his wife continue to watch their livestock die. They pay to feed animals and harvest hay but refuse to sell them.
The couple both work two jobs and are looking for a third. They're worried they have lost the ability to make a living off their own land.
Without federal regulations, some states have taken action, requiring wastewater treatment plants to test their biosolids for PFAS or setting their own limits for PFAS in biosolids.
Texas is not among them. So far, no bills have been filed by state lawmakers regarding PFAS contamination in biosolids.
There are no requirements to test biosolids for PFAS, or to warn farmers and ranchers that they could be using contaminated fertilizer made with biosolids on their land.
While the EPA recently set limits for a handful of the chemicals in drinking water, those rules do not cover biosolids.
Fertilizer companies that are often paid to haul these biosolids away process them into fertilizer that’s sold to farmers and ranchers.
But nobody knows how much of that fertilizer is contaminated with PFAS, which can be absorbed by crops, consumed by livestock, and then enter the food supply.
Due to their widespread use, PFAS have been discharged into waterways by chemical manufacturers, trucked to landfills with household trash or flushed into city sewers via toilets, sinks, showers and washing machines. https://t.co/QTDkLW1Dy2
Important signal with @eucopresident 🇪🇺 , @kajakallas 🇪🇺 and @Marta1Kos 🇪🇺 arriving in Kyiv 🇺🇦 in the morning of the first day of their five year terms. That makes their priority clear, and also show a willingness to work together.
Spewing the most hateful xenophobic propaganda dictated by immigrant billionaires Muck and Thiel as they extract more million$$$ from rubes like you while pulling Drumpf's puppet strings, is actually what you're doing.
Ten years ago this week The Globe published the story of Ford family illegal drug trafficking among other activities, including a kidnapping charge. Doug Ford threatened to sue, of course he never did. Remember this when @fordnation talks about crime and locking people up.
