I have had the same issue for that long as well. I talked to whoever I could about this and NOTHING was done. I was told the people in Uganda can’t do anything about it. The final straw was when I was told that the solution would be to buy another decoder that is a not a PVR!

Please @DStvUganda clear your notification. It has persisted for a year now. I manually clear it but re-appears every 30mins. I am weary. It’s not an offence to downgrade from premium bouquet to Compact plus. I have complained but nothing gets done!!
