Xi Jinping has arrived in Bishkek.

Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife Peng Liyuan were welcomed at Manas International Airport by Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov and his wife, marking the start of Xi’s state visit to Kyrgyzstan and his attendance at the 2026 SCO Summit.

The visit is expected to focus on expanding China–Kyrgyzstan cooperation in trade, investment, infrastructure, connectivity, clean energy, digital economy and AI, with the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway among the biggest projects on the table.

Xi will also meet other leaders attending the SCO summit, including Vladimir Putin, Narendra Modi and Masoud Pezeshkian, before continuing to Egypt for a state visit.

Si la junta directiva del Banco de la República no reduce sustancialmente la tasa de interés podemos tener la certeza que Abelardo quebrará la economía nacional.
