@gnr345@CF_Budge While I agree, I have actually seen people talking about this game as a potential big/consequential one. So I'd argue it shouldn't be on the list not because it's not important, but because it hasn't flown under the radar!
@JoshPateCFB There's been a lot of talk of the SEC potentially going to 9 conference games. Meanwhile, the ACC only has 8 conference games, yet they get none of the flack the SEC does.
Why shouldn't the ACC receive the same criticism, and why wouldn't the ACC go to 9 games?

@SethMart11@Dan_Rather_@redclayGT@collegespu Tbh I'd see us ending up with the B1G over the SEC. Even though we have the history with the SEC we fit more academically with the B1G, and capturing the Atlanta media market is likely more appealing to the B1G since the SEC already has uga.
You know why hurricanes have gotten less deadly over the past century? Not because they're less dangerous. Because scientists at NOAA have gotten really good at predicting their tacks, enabling people to get out of harm's way.
Gutting NOAA will kill people.
My heart goes out to all my colleagues and friends at NOAA/NWS whose dedication to protecting the lives and property of our communities was met with disdain, and to the people in those communities who will be unfairly hurt by this decision.
This benefits no one.

@CF_Budge I'm most worried about what this would do to out of conference rivalry games, especially if the SEC goes to 9 games and has a scheduling agreement with the B1G.
@TechManGT @zackkj04 @BCrawford247 I'd be happy with the 5-3 in the ACC if we beat uga. In fact, I'd rather be 5-3 with that win than 6-2 without it. Here's to hoping we do both (or better!) ๐ฅ
@tsapp20@BCrawford247 Barring injuries I agree we should handle NC State, but man that Duke game feels like a big trap game. An away game where they get a bye before and afterwards? We better come out swinging!
@StetEnthusiast@GTPAINN Knowing us, it'd be Gardner-Webb. ๐
But in all seriousness, I keep going back and forth between the two. Clemson's got a lot of return talent and a new DC, which was their weakest area. But they have struggled out the gate these past few years, so playing them early might help
@Drew_francis126@GTPAINN I feel a bit better about BC considering their bye setup - they play 8 straight games with no bye and we are the last team they play in that stretch, following Louisville, Notre Dame, and SMU. Meanwhile we are going into that game with a bye
