Also Headingley looks half empty, or at least nowhere near full, sad to see one of the biggest T20 games of the season not be sold out, could be the same at OT next month
Absolutely shite from @SkyCricket, England game finishes at 6:57, quick recap of the day, go off air at 7pm, maybe go straight to the advertised Roses T20 game that starts at 7pm… no must get 3 mins of adverts in first so we miss the first over, 🤷🏻♂️

I’m on the lookout for work opportunities!
As I continue presenting and commentating for BBC Radio Manchester, I’m looking to connect with broadcasters, production companies and agencies regarding opportunities in studio presenting, sport hosting, commentary, and podcasting.
Everyone at City would like to send their love and support to Kevin Keegan and his family following his diagnosis of stage four cancer.
We are all thinking of you and we will never forget what you did for this club during your four years here. 🩵
Kevin Keegan: I've got stage four cancer. It's been a really tough time - I need to say goodbye to Newcastle United properly... just promise not to build a statue of me at St James' Park until I'm gone https://t.co/TEmQCrNIvz
@mondial_clubs25 Yeah, so City need to either win it or massively out perform Arsenal or Liverpool if they stick with the 2 team per country stipulation
I know people mocked the last club World Cup but it’s going to become bigger and more prestigious, so City really could do with a decent crack at the CL next season (ideally win it) to keep within a shout of getting there in 2029
Perhaps nobody cares, maybe the Club World Cup structure will differ and maybe it won’t be worth £100m, but by June 2027, Villa and United will be above Chelsea in the UEFA rankings. Liverpool, City and Arsenal could be pretty close and perhaps only 2 places
This is absolutely spot on, especially the bit about @footballontnt cutting away from the PSG trophy lift after 20 seconds to plug their own coverage of events coming up.
Shout out to the only Mancs that have lifted the European Cup. Great bunch of lads:
Nobby Stiles
Shay Brennan
Brian Kidd
John Aston
Gary Neville
Nicky Butt
Ryan Giggs
Phil Neville
Wes Brown
Paul Scholes

Unbelievable that @tntsports went straight to advertising other events about 10 seconds after PSG lifted the trophy and then to adverts within about 2 minutes…show us the full celebrations
We can confirm the departures of Pep Lijnders, Kolo Toure, Lorenzo Buenaventura, Manel Estiarte and Xabi Mancisidor following the completion of the 2025/26 season.
Everyone at City would like to thank all five members of staff for their hard work and dedication and wish them the very best of luck in the future 🩵
