@JackKrucial@BowTiedPhys Obviously idk what type of clients you deal with. These ppl probably view fasting or other trends they see online is a magic pill. So yes the article provides value to them.
@JackKrucial@BowTiedPhys Didn’t word that great. Agree fasting by itself won’t do shit or provide positive results. What I said in my orig reply is all people need to do. You do that, fasting and spiking cortisol really isn’t much of an issue.
