@sullivanms@horsemaster702@thestaggieman Aw shit, just looked at your feed and you are a huge fan of losing issues… you might get horse racing, but you’re going 1-99 overall
If this ever happens to you, you take $5M and buy a bond ladder. Thats gonna get you $200-250k a year in income. You take the other half and pay cash for a reasonably priced house and a car with the best warranty you can find. It doesn’t matter what you do after that.
@NTamm1215 Nick, it’s obviously because the races are too close together and it’s dangerous for the horses, just ask @randy_moss_TV
The Triple Crown really needs to be one race per fiscal quarter, with the Breeders Cup in the 4th. It’ll capture the nations attention all year long.
@aaronbrickley@markcecchini Nothing to argue about, I was right. If I ever need to pay 150 bps to hear something I already know, you’ll be the first person I call.
@aaronbrickley@markcecchini Except for you mentioned that the reason to use it was because “it’s eligible for same day settlement” not the expense ratio, taxation, etc. are you going to call them every single time and expect to get a same day settlement exception? If so, I’ve got news for you…
@aaronbrickley@markcecchini This is the most “I act like I know what I’m talking about, without knowing what I’m talking about” response I’ve ever seen.
SGOV is essentially the exact same as the SWVXX without the NAV change, why mention? Why go through opening a PAL? Lmao 🤣
Florida's Jon Sumrall, who remained at Tulane after being hired at UF: “I was doing 2 jobs for 3 weeks. Dumbest thing I’ve ever done. Stupid. Full disclosure: it was a shit show"
@BigBenRV@jmflynn74@PenguinOfTroy@slmandel They (CFB) “past” two sports where the largest criticism has been that the regular season was too long and meaningless and the playoffs were over expanded? You don’t say…
@EJXD2@bobstrodamus@PreaknessStakes Genuinely curious, what is the percentage of time that a horse wins when his odds drop 15% or more in last click? It seems like they win almost every time. What advantage allows for that when information is more readily available and accessible than it has ever been?
I can’t stress enough how terrible the coverage of today’s Preakness has been. There are 14 horses in the field and 12 preliminary races. Somehow every fucking story they cover ends in “space out the triple crown”. @NBCSports absolute clown show.
Interesting sequence leading up to the Preakness here.. think the turf sprint, Race 12, is where you blow it up if you’re playing multi-race wagers. I like the 8,10,11 there. In the Preakness, I do not know how the winner doesn’t come from the 2,5,7,9 or 12. #Preakness
@brooklyncowboy1 Are we sure? Randy Moss told us they aren’t an issue because he got 7/1 on a horse that won the other day who was 9/2 going into the gate.
Is Danny’s argument that teams shouldn’t be rewarded for going undefeated or that having teams with a bunch of losses in the playoffs makes the regular season better? Either way, weird hill to die on.

What a riveting run to the title game for 2018 or Alabama (Before getting smoked by Clemson). Not ONE game was "special".
CFB has always been about just having the best regular season record regardless of schedule to get the invite to the playoff. That doesn't make the regular season great - if anything it made it worse
