Rock Hill School District 3’s millege is 52. If this bond referendum passes, Chester County School District will be at 149.

The medical marijuana bill in SC is now dead. I want to get into the statehouse to introduce legislation that doesn't impose a tax on marijuana, that allows for use of "home-grow", and that allows South Carolinians to make their own choices regarding pain management.
