Qatar airways failed to deliver..😷

I traveled on a world’s best airline @qatarairways from DOH -> MIA (QR 777 ) on 08/13. This is the condition of my seat🤦‍♂️ 47C. It was sliding, coming off when I get up and sit down. Moving all the time during turbulences. Not a pleasant experience when traveling with family. 1/2

14.5+ hours of journey that left a bad taste in my mouth. Crew was good. They tried to help however None of them was able to fix it though on a full flight.
Am not sure, whether or not the aviation regulations are applicable to passenger seats 🤔? May not travel on this again.
