Final game of the season, and maybe of WUFC as we know it, was played last night, in a wet and cold Bradford Abbas...and made it 17 out of 17. Class effort all season and last from the boys, finally got the trophy in the bag after 2 long seasons.

We too, are getting involved with the social media boycott to combat racism in football. It is an active part of our society today, as is football, and should be stamped out of both. Steps need to be taken by Twitter and other social media outlets to stop this mindless abuse.

Wincanton travelled to Hazelbury Bryan today and ran out 14-1 winners to remain top of the league. Despite horrid conditions and a boggy pitch we played some excellent football, midfield worked well and most of the football was played in the oppositions half.
