Congrats to TBHS alum, Emily Crane who was recently voted into the GAC Hall of Fame! Emily was 3-Sport standout for the Trojans playing Softball, B-ball, & Soccer. She went on to play SB @ MIzzou where she was an All-American and is currently a member of the Chicago Bandits.

The antidote for self-pity is self-sacrifice. When athletes are feeling sorry for themselves, prescribe them with opportunities to go and serve others who are less fortunate than they are. A healthy perspective will help bring them around. #3DCoaching
