A TEMPORARY exhibition, “Frogs of Zambia” at the Livingstone Museum, reveals that frogs have been used in pregnancy tests. The exhibition also reveals that frogs are bio-indicators of the environment, in that their absence can suggest water pollution from mercury or lead.

@Lovandfear Don't put it down, put it away.
It will help you keep your house tidy. Always put things where they belong immediately. If it goes in the drawer, don't put it on the table first, because you'll forget about it and before you know it you have 10 things on the table.

So I had an idea. Hospitals should be required to give every new parent a pamphlet on baby safety. It should include everything from “don’t leave your baby on a changing table” to “don’t give honey to children under the age of two,” to “don’t give babies water.” There’s a lot of basic stuff that people don’t know, and aren’t necessarily going to be taught, even in a parenting class.
I had my first child while still in the university. One day, we had an unscheduled class and I had to run, so my mum told me to leave my baby since I won’t take time. He was just 4 months old then. After an hour, my mum called and said “don’t stay too long oo, he’ll soon wake up”, I didn’t get it, I just said okay.
After the class, I was with my friends gisting and laughing when my mum’s call came in again and she spoke with anger “Won’t you come and breastfeed your baby?” and I was like “which baby?”, few seconds later my brain just picked up and I was like ahhh “I have a baby truly ooo”. I just started rushing home 🤣
🤣
That day was not funny at all. My mama nearly bite me that day when I got home 🤣🤣
