Work is a gift. Find purpose in it. Smile. What you do matters.

When teams dread Monday, culture deserves a closer look. We want to build a place where people feel valued, find meaning, and want to show up.

October invites reflection on what we’ve grown and what’s ready to harvest. In leadership and business, growth comes from consistent decisions, habits, and actions. What’s working? What needs care?

Reflection creates clarity. Intentional action creates growth.

Own It.

Mistakes aren’t the problem. Pretending you didn’t make one is.

Take responsibility. Make the call. Be resourceful. Deliver results. And when something goes sideways, learn from it, share what you learned, and move forward.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the lives lost, the courage shown, and the acts of service and compassion that followed September 11, 2001. May we carry forward its lessons of unity, service, and care for one another.

It takes continued learning, meaningful relationships, new perspectives, and opportunities to grow through experience.

Act With Integrity

There's a version of "doing the right thing" that only shows up when someone's watching. That's not integrity, that's performance.

America 250 marks 250 years since the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

For businesses, it’s a moment to reflect on the people, ideas, and communities that continue to shape our country.

Here’s to American resilience, and the future we’re still building together.

We’re delighted to welcome Bronté to our team as the HRIS Analyst.

Bronté moved from Baltimore to Grand Rapids, got married, and started her new job with us within a one-month period. So we’re fairly confident in her skills of multitasking and efficiency 😉

Over the next few days, we're taking our professional development out of the office by attending our Resilience Summit.

Windquest hosts this biennial conference as an opportunity to gather together as a team and hear from national speakers.

20 years.
We remember and honor each of the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.
We lift up every hero that was born.
We are forever changed due to the events of that day.

We join the @911memorial by posting a photo of the sky, unifying each of us. #NeverForget911
