Ok, it's only been about 4 years since I tried to add animated elements to a rendered image using Pixaloop (Videoleap now). and today I was able to expand the frame with Photoshop AI tools and easily animate in the usual sense of the word. you can see the result in this thread

It deforms the main structure, melts the small details, changes the face style of the humanoid, which is the main key point of visual interest. and even human anatomy - still broken proportions, must be familiar at least with that.
