@vodafoneNZ Gave up at 3am (still disconnected). At 6am it was back so I didn’t call again. Crucially though, there was absolutely no assistance of any sort offered last night. She couldn’t even tell me if there was a line fault etc. simply “sorry to hear that, please call back tomorrow”
@vodafoneNZ our fibre BB went down an hour ago (Newtown). After waiting with call centre, am told to call back in the morning?! Service agent says no one available to offer help related to broadband outside business hours. Very poor service from you :(
