Today, we had a breakfast in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week. We thank teachers and staff everyday for all they do for our kiddos.❤️

When we use or breath intentionally with a long extended outbreath, we change our physiology! CO2 builds up in our bodies and creates agitation and irritation and when we extend our exhale, the CO2 is released. Two quick inhales and a long exhale is the Physiological Sigh
