@MrTimDunn@siddyholloway, really enjoying series 3 of the show, lots of fascinating information. Can you answer a question, there was frequently talk of the underground coming out to Surbiton, Surrey but it never did, was it in the plan and why didn’t it happen?

@simonharris_mbd I feel your pain but for my son I would never let him eat something from a supermarket before it’s paid for (saw your comments further down, restaurant is different) but tbh eating it before it’s paid for sets a bad example.
Having said that, many tescos will have free fruit
It’s been a very busy week with a bit of a wobble in my confidence. But that’s ok, if I wasn’t pushing myself, if it was easy all the time I wouldn’t be challenging my own goals and potential.
What’s important now is I understand and learn.
Enjoy your weekend everyone
The last couple of years have thrown up surprises and disaster. From the pandemic through to the war in the Ukraine, the resilience and adaptability of people is immense.
Imagine how effective it would have been if trained and prepared for emergencies.

In the midst of major events in the world, this week was world book day.
For our son that didn’t mean dressing up as his favourite book character, but this year to dress up a potato.
There’s something deep in choosing the dress the hero of a favourite book as the villain!
It’s great getting out to meet people, to learn from their experience and develop new ideas. Obviously meeting someone and walking way with a contract is what we all want, but there’s a lot to be gained from having a chat.
Which is what I did yesterday.

Over the past couple of months I have proposed my thoughts and suggestions on how you can plan your own education and training, how you should consider your employer and their needs when putting together your proposal.
Now its time to speak to your employer...

It’s been a great week. Term breaks are always a challenge, juggling work with my son. But forever rewarding, time spent with family because I can, while also getting work done, all be it outside of normal hours.
Now to enjoy the reflect, learn and enjoy the weekend.

And then on the question of cost, what can you save on expenses?
What’s the most cost effective method of travel? Accommodation and food? Where can you cut costs without compromising effectiveness
Not I didn’t just call for the cheapest, it could be a false economy

How did storm Eunice hit you?
Dramatic events happen, and there will always be a more dramatic one, I’ve heard many compare storm Eunice to the gales of 1986. The difference is how we learn from it and prepare for the next one.
