Since this thread is already so long (and it’s unfinished at the time of me posting this), I’m going to make this thread that separates all of the reasons why I’m not a fan of Winx Club S6 into Chapters! Consider this to be some sort of Table of Contents! 😄💗

@SpeakNowWinx That’s a great point! It’s a real shame WOW doesn’t include the same personality traits, but it’s quite interesting how certain things can line up well with the canon continuity while others are very different!

I know World of Winx is a spin-off show, but this is how I feel Aisha’s Nemesis should’ve looked more like because what even was Sinka’s design?! Her look felt so much less connected to Aisha compared to the rest.

I absolutely love the idea of Aisha being filled with so much darkness and resentment if she never allowed herself to be true to who she is or shutting out the Winx because she fears ⬇️

Series. Speaking of the pixies, let’s talk about how they took two original characters from PopPixie and used them as replacements for Tune and Digit. They way they’re introduced is horrible because Musa and Tecna get so excited to see Cherie and Caramel (Cara) as if they’ve ⬇️

Chapter 8: Season 6 is made for a younger audience, but capitalizes on the nostalgia of older fans

Beautiful transformation sequence and some cool designs (my favorites being Musa, Flora, and Tecna!). This leads me to my next point. S6 overall tries very hard to be something that it’s not. S6 was airing at the time of Winx Club’s 10-year Anniversary and there were some ⬇️

I don’t dislike Cherie or Cara as characters. As a matter of fact, I really like Cara especially! I just can’t respect how they were utilized in S6 and unfortunately they got a lot of hate because of the situation they were forced in. The same can be said for every new ⬇️

Were replaced within the series, but it’s also a disrespect to the lore. A fairy and pixie’s bond is supposed to be unbreakable and they can’t just be replaced. This is just flat out unacceptable and feels like a shameless attempt to promote PopPixie. It’s a real shame because ⬇️
