Attention Residents: Yesterday we replaced the filter media at the Water Treatment Plant. Everything went smoothly with the replacement but you may notice some discolored water in the near future. This will be a temporary and should return to normal soon. Thank you.

Winnebago is declaring a snow emergency for today, December 10th, effective until the roads are clear from curb to curb. Please remove all vehicles from the streets until they are cleared. We are also reminding residents that moving snow across or into the streets is not allowed.
