Very Bad experience today @swiggy_in@SwiggyCares in kanpur. Today 01/02/2022, evening i ordered some juice's from @swiggy_in . Delivery boy " Neeraj Kumar Gaur' started arguing me on phone for location, Then he abused me after giving the order and ran away. Take strict action.
@SwiggyCares Yes please, he was shouting loudly and abusing my family. He also gave me warning that he can harm me at my home. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
@SwiggyCares Order number #126797486022 , He called me & asked - ' Mai yanha khada hun apne phone nahi kiya'. I replied- " i am in office meeting, you should call, when you reach the location'. After that after giving order he started arguing and abusing by shouting loudly. Take actions.

You guys have to fix your customer service. In last 6 months this is 4th time i am getting issue while returning my order. Pickup date is 17th August 2021, and today is 19th august 2021. Please refund my money and fix your services.
