Not only did I graduate highschool on time as a teen mom (I set up homeschooling for myself during my maternity leave), but I got my bachelor’s and now can say that my son has graduated high school! 🥹

Honestly I think Quad froze and just was operating in the moment as they were at work. I don’t think a therapist needs to be a castmate. They just need some real individual therapy. And possibly group therapy if they care that much about the friendship.

I’m just now catching up on @thecarlosking_ interviewing Dr. Simone and Toya from #Married2Med. After seeing this, I think that next season there needs to be active therapy in this group.

Quad experienced something extremely traumatic so IMO, her hugging someone doesn’t negate her hurt during that explosive moment from Dr. Simone. Trauma responses look like fight, flight or freeze.
