One with badly injured hands was arrested since February , but the wound was wrapped with a bandage without any proper treatment.

I heard some, repeatedly beaten prisoner(s),begging to finish them off altogether, as they cannot bare it any more.
Situation in the prison is absolutely Horrific !! Some injured detainees are barely alive with their open wounds being heavily infected with maggots .Some with gun shot wounds on the thigh / legs are still medically unattended since the arrest.
