@chilternrailway Train departing Aylesbury at 6:30 direct non stop to Marylebone (via HW line). However, ticket machines won’t sell tickets for it and no staff at Aylesbury to help/advise - shambles again

@chilternrailway W/c 19th - union action not allowing overtime to be paid. Chiltern Railways trains are so old they can’t maintain them without relying on overtime….so apparently they can’t provide an adequate service…..DISGRACEFUL!
