My Opinion on @Hytale

I think the early access is worth $20 in its current state. It’s stable and has quite a lot of things to do already.

It’s like a modern version of Minecraft with a lot of extra features you’d normally find in modded. It’s a beautiful game with a great soundtrack.

If you don’t like Minecraft at all, I’d probably avoid for now as 80% of the DNA of this game comes from Minecraft. That extra 20% probably won’t be enough to convince you.

If you are the fence about Minecraft or enjoy it a lot, it’s an easy recommendation because it’s similar in a lot of ways but a lot more depth for combat, building, etc you would normally have to mod in.

Overall, I’m having a great time with it.

I hope he's at least still at the studio man. I get that some kind of corporate punishment is beyond reasonable as his job was to make sure an art scandal like Marathon's didn't happen, but losing him would be such a massive loss for the studio. Post-Halo Bungie owes him so much
