#Koodo very disappointed in your service. I signed up for the iPhone 11 $45/mo Black Friday deal. There were no phones left so we were told we’d get a call when they arrived. Today I go in, iPhones have arrived…no one called me and I’m told the deal has expired!!!!

@TELUS Hello, my quote numbers are:KH20174242141 and KH20174245891. These were done Nov.27/22. Koodo had no phones and we were told we’d get a call when they came in. We followed up several times and even got a call back that’s when we were told they still didn’t have phones in.

Disappointed with @koodo's response to my overages during this unprecedented Covid-19 Continuation of Learning. I have accumulated a large amount of call minutes over the last 3 months working at home as a Special Education teacher, now I am paying to do my job.
