@BlessUnleashed Im so struggling to understand why you are incapable of performing a simple character or server rollback. Seems you are unable to do so, difficult to understand after playing ganes for more than 20 years.

@MatthewCoppel @BlessUnleashed I dont believe they are capable of retrieving previos server information to roll back accounts... my main character broke due to an game shutdown, 2 tickets- no resolution

@BlessUnleashed Dear Bless Team, I love your game. But when my main char crashes after 3 weeks for an uncommanded ingame shutdown and You cannot help me to recover my character again at all (with a loss caused by your game!) - this is making me speechless. You just close the two tickets

@BlessUnleashed Your just closing them because you do not have any solution (62448 & 64920). You leave your customers sitting in the dark while you enjoy the money we paid to you

@BlessUnleashed @DanDrakon Shouldnt there at least one GM be online to read / supervise the chat to give this racist/offensive ppl not even room to develop? We take this screenshots to you - and agree - it would be better if a GM would be present on the EU server an kicking all this offending ppl.
