@RealThomSieloff When Iraq was in town I felt it was the best time to hammer out a new rate. With the date of the troop withdrawal set it seems the rate should have been set as well. Possibly wishful thinking.

@RealThomSieloff After thinking about this I have come to the conclusion that we have already been paid. Having the date set for the withdrawal of the troops is very important. It takes a lot of time and logistical moves to be make that happen. We don’t have much time to meet that date.
