Blessed to have had both of my boys with Mrs. Smith in kindergarten. Such an amazing teacher!

Maylee is recovering from cancer. She's not cleared to return to class yet, but her teacher Darvenia Smith has her come to school after hours once a week.

It is crazy when the state mandates a required 80 hours for something that you don’t even teach to renew a teaching license. I would be a better teacher if I were to put in 80 hours for my area. 🙄

Making stop motion videos today with their groups. Some of the directors learned very quickly that 7th grade students sometimes don’t listen or follow directions. Imagine that!?!
