@tata_neu Had raised a ticket to the support team on 12th Jan around Air India Express flight Neu coins and loyalty bot credited, has been 10 days, haven’t gotten a resolution. The team has stopped responding. The loyalty system is very poor, have to raise a ticket everytime.

@imYadav31 While I agree given all the benefits you just described + being a LTF card, Scapia is a great card, for a newbie, isn’t it better to go for a base level Axis or HDFC card like Regalia Gold and build a relationship with the bank for upgrades later? Also, unlocks the miles game.
