-buy a multi family property to house hack (ideally 4 units) for $330,000
-make sure rents hit the 1% rule (1% of purchase price in rental income=$3300/month)
-buy with FHA loan on 30 year note ($11,550 down payment)

There is no bigger example of retail being back in #crypto than the dinosaur coins popping off like crazy. Retail doesn’t know the new names….yet. They just remember $DOT $ADA $XRP $LTC $LINK $SOL etc…

The question is, where will they go next?And when?
