Anyway complaint against doctor irresponsiblity is increasing from 2014 on huge rate...now see these are the level of expectations

@BJP4Delhi This is eye wash. No studious student who got success on competitive exam after class 12 has this habit to dance on street for no reason.
They dance for success but gathering to celebrate never happened.
This looks more like BJP cadre dancing for few successful candidates.

@Mamta010619 Winner are always few. Winner will always dance. That's why a good gov does not measure what winner is doing but measure whether all get equal opportunity to compete to become winner.
