The one that mattered was June 23. Backblaze signed a $335M storage deal with CoreWeave, the AI compute company. Backblaze was worth $487M that morning. One customer had just committed to pay it nearly 70% of the entire company.

Why would anyone let go of a 150 million dollar claim for 3 million? It was a stake in Ting, not in Tucows, and it ranked behind the bank. In a wind down it was probably worth nothing.

The filing landed at 5:05 PM on a Thursday, after the close. By Friday's close the stock was up 59%.
