The Indigo flight 6E-5128 was scheduled from Kolkata Airport Gate #14 at 6:30 PM. And all of a sudden you change the gate number to 103 without any intimation?! Now we are stranded here.

I'm at Mumbai T2. Waited for more than an hour at the counter. This IndiGo agent was indulging in unnecessary argument with a customer wasting time. Booked the ticket at 8:20 for 9:40 flight from T1. How do I reach? They won't give me refund as well.
