@UPS why aren't you scanning packages that get picked up anymore? Driver refuses to scan our boxes and there's no tracking or accountability for almost 12 hours when it gets to the next state. Unacceptable!!
@AirCanada please take care of our client's claims for delayed baggage. 6 days in a foreign country with only what they were wearing and still not reimbursed from June. Our clients are priority and deserve better!
Shout out to @Delta for being so nice! Yes our cancelled flights are frustrating, BUT within minutes you've gotten us a hotel and given us food vouchers and gotten us rebooked. Thank you for trying to ease the stress. Hope to get home today!!
