@Support, any updates on why I can't message anyone, with DMs open? This all can't be related to the key error I had not too long ago, is it? Or am I just chat banned with no notice of said ban? I can't even message account I had chat history with.

My DM requests are open, but I can't message anyone I had messaged in the past, or any create any new messages. I've check both mobile and web only to get the same results. Does this mean I'm chat banned or is something screwed up on server side for me?

What is going on with my account? I've logged in and out on multiple devices. I've deactivated and reactivated my account. I've changed my password. I've done everything that Grok has suggested, that the internet suggested. What is going on?
