@Hertz - the absolutely worst customer service ever. Every time I book with Hertz it’s a nightmare. Employees for Hertz at Jackson Medgar Evers Airport are worse than the corporate Hertz employees. Made a reservation, went to pickup car at the airport, and no cars available.
