Don't expect Witcher 4 expansions, says CD Projekt RED, as the company aims to release the new Witcher saga (4, 5, 6) in the span of six years:

"As you mentioned in the question, the plans are pretty ambitious," says CEO Michał Nowakowski.

"Specifically, it's to release three Witcher games within a six-year period. It would be difficult, to be very honest, for us to add an expansion to the upcoming trilogy. This is where we are here and now with this particular issue."
