@john_murdy Every house we went through was fully staffed, well spaced (no conga lines), and no crowd control telling us to keep moving (a major issue from last year). Whatever you changed operationally this year made a HUGE difference and was by far one of the best years we’ve been too! 🙌🏻

@john_murdy How does your teams deal with weather? The Parisian Courtyard location always has places that are exposed to rain. Seems like the lighting and audio teams would need to cover a hell of a lot of gear to keep it all dry!

@john_murdy Crimson Peak hands down. It was our first HHN maze/house experience ever, and I still believe it had some of the richest and screen accurate scenic design to date.

@mhphaunt Yeah it’s definitely not optimized for lighting and whatnot but it’s amazing for adjusting audio levels in place! It sure beats having to yell back and forth to someone to make fine adjustments! 😂
