I’d love some advice on putting together a PC parts list.

I’ll be mainly using it for gaming (e.g. FromSoftware games), 3D modelling & rendering (Vray, 3ds Max). A decent gaming PC should be more than sufficient for my rendering needs. I’d been waiting for GPU prices to come down, but with where the AI demand is, I expect they’ll only become more expensive in the next year at least. So it’s time for me to build one now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

What I know:
-GeForce RTX 5070 Ti at minimum
-32GB RAM
-Lian Li O11 case (the attached pic is the aesthetic I’m after)

Open to suggestions for the rest, especially CPU pairing & cooling. Can I get all the parts within $3-4k CAD?
