Saturday was the 2022 Open Touch Nationals Championships in Nottingham ๐
Witham Touch Players Gaynor & Mel were there representing Midlands Tigers ๐ฏ in the inaugural Women's 40's series.
Playing games v Northern Diamonds & West Wildcats, the W40's Tigers team were victorious ๐
This was a great chance to show what the over 40's ladies can do, showing there's life beyond 40 ๐ so hopefully this is the start of things to come ๐ช๐
There's so many opportunities to play touch at different levels, not only with @WithamTouchRUFC, who've recently been playing
in the summer Essex series V's local clubs, we then have Havering & Essex Touch who have played in the Development National Touch Series earlier this year and Winter ERDS, & we also have the Regional Team, Midlands Tigers, with a weekend competition each year for all ages groups,
ranging from juniors all the way up to seniors, giving a chance to play v's the best in the country.
Touch Rugby is for all female, all male or mixed teams & with ages ranging from 16 to over 60 at Witham there's a place for everyone ๐
