@HawaiianAir Airlines line Alaska ,Jet Blue and American Airlines they all have issued travel waivers to waive off cancellation charge due to the outbreak of the #Coronvirus .SHAME ON @HawaiianAir

With the recent deadly threat of the out spread of coronavirus why am I getting charged for cancelling a trip booked through costco travel of $400 as a cancellation. This is outrageous ! am told $400 is charged by hawaiian airlines for the cancellation.

@HawaiianAir @HawaiianAir waiver is available only for few countries and not Oahu ,Check the news , there has been cases and still if you don't have a waiver and charging a customer for cancellation its inhuman.

this is such a bad experience & shame that customers could be tormented to such a levelI was promised a call back by Daniel Prais Corporate Customer Service agent Expedia , but no response even after 16 + hrs
