Hey @TeamYouTube I started a new channel and was gaining traction, changed the avatar in 12 thumbnails to experiment with CTR, next day went from ~ 200 views per hour to 10-20, with very little change in CTR.
Did swap cause a bug or what’s wrong? Channel is completely “dead” now.
