Want to learn how to get your creative writing published? This session will include short presentations on pitching narrative non-fiction pieces to publishers and on the nuts and bolts of publishing poems in literary magazines. Attendees can then ask questions and chat.

Yesterday, the English department welcomed ‘02 alumnus and Wittenberg’s Professional-in-Residence Tim McCarthy for a talk with a lively Q&A discussion. McCarthy detailed his professional, personal, and academic journey, noting the influences his English major had on him.
