Pakistan ranks the 4th highest borrower in the world from IMF. After one week when IMF releases 1.2 billion dollars, we will jump to 3rd position with over 10 billion dollars borrowing from IMF. It is a matter of shame - not pride to congratulate with each new loan from IMF, World Bank or friendly countries. But we will never learn. The loans is a burden on the masses but helps the elite.
